Junior-Mid Graphic Designer (Hybrid, Melbourne)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior‑Mid Graphic Designer to join the in‑house creative team of a leading global consumer brand in Melbourne. This hybrid, permanent role offers the chance to work on diverse integrated campaigns across digital, retail, social, eCommerce and in‑store experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for digital, social, retail, POS, eCommerce and OOH channels.
• Support development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Assist with concept development alongside senior creatives.
• Create static, motion and video content as required.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and cross‑functional teams while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a creative agency or in‑house design team.
• Strong graphic design fundamentals and typography/layout skills.
• Ability to take feedback and work efficiently in a team.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging creative technologies.
• Retail or FMCG experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Motion or animation skills, or willingness to learn.
