Junior Integrated Producer

About the role

Akcelo is looking for a Junior Integrated Producer to join its Sydney office. You will support senior producers in delivering a variety of brand experience projects across digital, social and print, ensuring smooth workflows and high‑quality outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior producers with project timelines and production schedules.
• Interpret media plans and translate them into clear production requirements.
• Prepare dispatch documents, track assets and ensure accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with internal creative, design and motion teams.
• Learn platform specifications for Meta, TikTok, DOOH and website environments.
• Utilise AI and automation tools to manage large volumes of assets.
• Conduct quality checks to meet brand and brief standards.
• Provide proactive, solutions‑focused support in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in advertising, marketing or production (agency experience a plus).
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn from senior team members.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and genuine interest in integrated production.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Flexibility to work remotely, onsite or on client sites as needed.
• Positive attitude, high personal standards and a sense of humour.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta advertising platform.
• Experience with TikTok advertising platform.
• Familiarity with Digital Out‑of‑Home (DOOH) platforms.
• Understanding of website content management systems.
• Use of AI automation tools for asset production.
