Junior Full Stack Developer (AI Products)

About the role

We are expanding our Product Development team and are looking for two Junior Full Stack Developers to help build the next generation of AI‑powered products. Reporting to the Head of Product Engineering, you will work on a multi‑tenant SaaS generative AI platform and a suite of agentic AI assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship end‑to‑end features from specification to production.
• Write solid automated tests (unit, integration, end‑to‑end, accessibility).
• Leverage modern AI tooling such as coding assistants, IDE copilots and AI‑driven code review.
• Deploy safely using feature flags and controlled rollout practices.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions, championing security, privacy and accessibility.
• Produce clear documentation for both humans and AI systems.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional experience with Python / Flask or TypeScript / Hono plus React or Vue.
• Strong understanding of relational and document databases, REST APIs and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience (or strong interest) in writing automated tests.
• Pragmatic, ship‑oriented mindset with excellent written communication.
• Genuine curiosity about AI, large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation and related tools.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving environment with some ambiguity.
