About the role
The Junior Customer Support Specialist will deliver a smooth and professional client experience, assisting customers via phone, email and live chat while guiding them on our trading platforms and website.
Key responsibilities
- Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by telephone, email and live chat.
- Educate clients on how to use the company's website and trading platforms.
- Communicate with clients regarding the company's products and services.
- Assist other departments as needed.
Required profile
- Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work on public holidays.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
