About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Crew Member to join our Burger Urge outlet in Burpengary East. In this fast‑paced environment you will help deliver the high‑quality burger experience our customers love, while supporting a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders and process cash or card payments accurately.
• Prepare and assemble menu items following Burger Urge recipes, including grilling, frying and plating.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, dining area and restrooms.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers and ovens.
• Assist with stock handling, inventory checks and replenishment.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure orders are completed quickly and correctly.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑service setting.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Previous experience in a quick‑service restaurant is an advantage.
