Junior Business Development Manager (APAC)

About the role

Brightcove is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager for the APAC region. In this fully remote position you will partner with leading brands to drive adoption of Brightcove’s video solutions and contribute to the growth of the sales organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the B2B sales process, manage client relationships and achieve enterprise sales targets.
• Identify and prospect high‑potential leads across APAC, conducting cold‑calls and building a pipeline of revenue‑generating accounts.
• Develop deep industry knowledge to understand customer incentives, decision‑makers and pain points.
• Collaborate closely with product teams, convey product value clearly and relay customer feedback for future development.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and focus on high‑value opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional service at every client touchpoint to build trust and long‑term partnerships.

Required profile
