Junior Account Executive – Sales (Brisbane)

About the role

Join Brisbane’s leading construction services marketplace as a Junior Account Executive. You’ll work with inbound leads, qualified meetings and a rich customer database to sell marketplace, digital marketing, SaaS and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own your pipeline and opportunities across the marketplace, digital and technology products.
• Work with hot inbound leads and qualified meetings generated by Marketing and ADR teams.
• Proactively identify and re‑engage potential customers using the 14‑year‑old database.
• Run discovery conversations, recommend solutions, negotiate and close new business.
• Use HubSpot to manage pipeline, activity, forecasts and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with ADRs, Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in a sales or customer‑facing role with a track record of meeting targets.
• Comfortable handling the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Team player motivated by personal success and the success of colleagues.
