About the role

Early Start Australia, part of the APM Group, is seeking passionate allied health and early childhood professionals to join its therapy team. This is an expression of interest for roles across occupational therapy, speech pathology, physiotherapy, psychology and more.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide therapy supports to achieve meaningful participant outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists and service providers to create a seamless support experience.
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork across Early Start Australia.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and advocate for participants' needs.
• Support high‑quality, person‑centred service delivery and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience within disability, health, education or early intervention sectors.
• Strong clinical reasoning and case management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating supports across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to delivering person‑centred, evidence‑informed services.

Required skills

• Current Working with Children Check.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
