Job Coach – Empower Clients to Find Meaningful Work

About the role

As a Job Coach you will support individuals with disabilities, injuries or health conditions to develop job‑readiness skills and secure sustainable employment. You will work closely with clients, employers and internal teams to create tailored pathways to work.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through personalised activities that support their employment journey.
• Collaborate with the Employer Engagement team to match clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Assist clients at risk of losing work and help maintain sustainable outcomes.
• Link clients to appropriate programs and services with internal and external partners.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or a client‑facing role.
• Genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• Organised, goal‑driven and able to work in a structured environment.
• Current driver’s licence and Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
