Job Coach – Empower Clients to Find Meaningful Employment

About the role

As a Job Coach you will support clients living with disability, injury or health conditions to develop job‑readiness skills and secure sustainable employment. You will work within a values‑driven team that prioritises integrity, compassion, determination and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Collaborate with employers and the Employer Engagement team to match clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support to maintain employment and intervene when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Link clients to appropriate programs and services through internal and external partners.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or a client‑facing role.
• Genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal‑driven environment.
• Current driver’s licence.
