About the role

A reputable, well-established Perth company is looking for a Japanese-speaking bookkeeping and administration officer for its Perth CBD office. The role covers accounting coordination across several related entities, day-to-day trade operations and general office administration, with a permanent, full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Invoice processing and payment administration
• Cash management
• Account reconciliations
• Shipping coordination and documentation
• General bookkeeping and accounting support
• Office administration and office management
• Travel and visitor arrangements
• Executive support to management
• IT coordination
• The role may also involve some Trade Assistant duties, though this is a small part of the position

Required profile

• Practical accounting knowledge by study or bookkeeping experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• More than 1 year of unlimited work rights, such as a graduate visa, partner visa, permanent resident status or Australian citizenship
• Japanese language skills are an advantage but not essential

Required skills

• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is highly regarded
