ITS Service Support Consultant – IT Support Specialist

About the role

The ITS Service Centre at Deloitte Australia is looking for a proactive consultant to deliver high‑quality, hands‑on IT support to internal staff, including executives and VIPs. You will work on‑site, ensuring rapid resolution of incidents, service requests, and tasks while upholding security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain software environments across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Office 365.
• Coordinate IT onboarding for new employees, provisioning and distributing assets.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 protocols and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Perform service restoration and troubleshooting using Intune and other diagnostic tools.
• Provide both hands‑on and remote support for laptops, mobile devices, and conferencing equipment.
• Create, update, and maintain clear, user‑friendly technical knowledge‑base articles.
• Leverage Generative AI to boost productivity and support IT projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in in‑person technical customer support, ideally with industry certifications.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft and Apple environments (Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Office 365).
• Hands‑on experience with ITIL‑aligned incident management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve mobile device issues, including MDM profile enrolments.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a growth mindset focused on exceptional customer service.
