Iteration Manager Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Iteration Manager Business Analyst to join our Motoring & Membership Technology team on a 12‑month contract. The role involves facilitating, coordinating and delivering complex programs, working closely with business stakeholders and reporting to the Technology Delivery Domain.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project documentation covering scope, objectives, risks, resources, schedules and deliverables.
• Manage project initiation, planning, control, reporting and closure, including status reporting to stakeholders.
• Track team velocity, capacity and resolve escalated issues and change requests.
• Collaborate with product owners, technical teams and senior leaders to optimise delivery cost, speed‑to‑market and outcomes.
• Partner with third‑party vendors, maintain continuous improvement, and ensure high‑availability, stable services.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Project Management or related field.
• Proven experience delivering complex business and technology programmes in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2 or PMP certification (or equivalent).
• Project management across full lifecycle, including risk and financial management.
• Business analysis: workshops, requirements gathering, user story development and process mapping.
• Vendor management and commercial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
