IT & Systems Coordinator (Western Sydney)

About the role

The IT & Systems Coordinator will provide day‑to‑day IT support for a multi‑site operation, based in South Western Sydney. Reporting to the General Manager – Operations and the Adelaide head office, the role blends on‑site assistance with remote support across regional and remote locations in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line IT support to site teams and office staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, Microsoft 365, internet and connectivity issues.
• Maintain and configure Ubiquiti UniFi wireless networks, including access points, gateways, switches and point‑to‑point bridges.
• Manage WatchGuard firewalls and overall network security.
• Support and maintain company POS and back‑office systems, including troubleshooting, reporting and system updates.
• Assist with website and e‑commerce management, particularly Shopify store administration and system integrations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and new technologies to increase operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Independent, hands‑on problem‑solver who enjoys supporting teams across multiple locations.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Ubiquiti UniFi networking equipment and WatchGuard security appliances.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for installations, maintenance and project work.
