IT Support Specialist

About the role

The IT Support Specialist will ensure Jomablue’s internal technology, systems and hardware run reliably and securely. Reporting to the Technology Services Manager, you will support the entire team, manage tickets within SLAs and champion the adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line internal IT support, handling tickets and maintaining clear communication.
• Administer identity and access management, including SSO, MFA and account provisioning/de‑provisioning.
• Support security and compliance initiatives such as SOC 2 requirements.
• Manage the Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform – enrollment, configuration profiles, patching, app deployment and compliance baselines.
• Oversee the device and hardware fleet used for everyday work and on‑site events.
• Identify, build and embed AI tools, applications and automations across functions to reduce friction.

• Single Sign‑On (SSO) and Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) administration.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform administration.
• Device and hardware fleet management.
• Security and compliance knowledge (e.g., SOC 2).
• Experience with AI tools and automation integration.
