IT Support Specialist – Brisbane

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our Brisbane team. You will be the first point of contact for day‑to‑day IT issues, providing friendly, hands‑on assistance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, customer‑focused IT support via desk‑side, phone and digital channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, telephony and peripheral problems.
• Log, manage and escalate tickets using our ticketing system.
• Maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments within a VMware infrastructure.
• Build, re‑image and deploy desktops and laptops.
• Support employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IT support role.
• Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11.
• Understanding of ITIL incident, problem and change management.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence (highly desirable).
• Exposure to macOS, Linux and iOS devices.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.
