About the role
Join Marsh’s Support Services team in Adelaide as an IT Support Analyst. You will provide on‑site technical assistance to colleagues, ensuring workstations, applications and related equipment run smoothly and meet agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver support through in‑person, phone, chat and virtual channels, handling incidents, requests and escalations.
- Set up, configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices and related software.
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware assets and assist with moves, disconnects and reconnections.
- Participate in projects, events and occasional weekend or after‑hours work for critical incidents.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Strong problem‑solving, organisational and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Required skills
- Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, BitLocker).
- Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
- Remote connectivity solutions: VPN, ZScaler, Citrix, VDI, CloudPC, wireless networking.
- Mobile Device Management for iOS and Android devices.
