About the role
The role sits between hands‑on delivery and leadership, owning complex identity designs for clients, leading the technical support team and shaping practice growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver IAM, PAM and IGA solutions from strategy through to deployment.
- Act as the trusted technical voice for client stakeholders, explaining complex ideas clearly.
- Lead and develop the support team, including work allocation, training plans and performance reviews.
- Produce design documentation, architecture options analysis and tender responses.
- Evaluate new technologies alongside key vendors.
Required profile
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience in identity, security or infrastructure.
- Recent experience with Entra ID, AAD Connect and Microsoft 365.
- Client‑facing background with strong written design documentation.
- Experience leading and mentoring a technical team.
