About the role
Based in our Melbourne office, you will be the first point of contact for all IT‑related requests, handling incidents, providing updates and escalating complex issues as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Log and track service desk requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage technology rollouts, set‑up and tracking of staff laptops, smartphones and peripherals.
- Provide advanced technical and operational support, including maintenance of Windows 10/11 and Office 365 environments.
- Participate in an after‑hours support roster, with remote options and extra compensation.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar IT support role.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, client‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 (Windows 11 beneficial).
- Understanding of computer hardware, MS Teams and ITIL processes.
- Experience with an ITSM tool and familiarity with IT service management concepts.
