IT Support Analyst – FIFO (Level 2)

About the role

We are looking for a Level 2 IT Support Analyst to join a mining operation on a FIFO basis. The role operates on an 8‑day on‑site, 6‑day off roster with 12‑hour shifts and is available for immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support to all site users and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft‑related and Windows operating system issues.
• Assist end‑users in a fast‑paced mining environment.
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong background with Microsoft technologies and Windows environments.
• Previous experience in mining or FIFO settings is highly regarded.
• Ability to work independently on a remote site.
