IT Specialist

About the role

The Well Team is seeking an IT Specialist to develop and maintain the technology infrastructure that powers its NDIS service delivery. In this role you will ensure that all IT systems are reliable, secure, and optimized to support participants and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud services and software applications.
• Configure and administer systems used for service delivery, staff management and participant support.
• Implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and ensure service‑level agreements are met.
• Ensure data security, compliance and audit‑ready standards across all platforms.
