IT Senior Analyst – Employee Experience

About the role

The IT Senior Analyst Employee Experience ensures smooth IT operations for end‑users in Electrolux’s Dudley Park manufacturing site. You will provide both onsite and remote support to office and factory staff, helping them complete business tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals and factory shop‑floor equipment.
• Manage incidents, requests, assets and service records in ITSM tools and coordinate with regional/global IT teams.
• Perform production startup checks, support early‑shift coverage and handle production‑critical incidents.
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, collaboration tools and user lifecycle activities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of IT/Desktop support or service delivery experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of management and provide written and verbal technical guidance.

Required skills

• Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory.
• Microsoft 365, Teams (including telephony) and ITSM/ITIL processes.
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS (CompTIA A+ / N+ knowledge).
• Familiarity with OT/IT concepts, PLCs and factory connectivity.
• Optional certifications: MCSA, MOS, Linux, Cisco CCNA.
