IT & Security Manager

About the role

CorePlan is seeking an IT & Security Manager to own the internal IT and security foundations as the company expands globally. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the CTO, you will ensure smooth daily IT operations while strengthening security and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a Mac‑first device fleet, provide employee support and improve self‑service guidance.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including MFA, conditional access, licensing and access reviews.
• Implement and monitor security controls, logging and alerts across internal IT and AWS environments.
• Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance, maintain documentation and coordinate penetration testing.
• Lead incident response, business continuity planning and security threat management.
• Automate onboarding, off‑boarding and device management in partnership with the People team.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Jamf Pro (smart groups, policies, configuration profiles, Self Service, Automated Device Enrollment).
• Strong macOS knowledge including FileVault key escrow, account recovery and device lockout troubleshooting.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Practical experience with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance, preferably using a platform like Drata.
