IT & Security Engineer (Graduate/Early Career) – AI‑Native

About the role

Mutinex is looking for its first dedicated IT & Security Engineer. This graduate‑level position will own IT operations for an ~80‑person, AI‑native B2B SaaS company and will focus on automating routine tasks with AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day IT operations: device provisioning (MacBook fleet), software access, troubleshooting and vendor account management.
• Design, build and maintain AI‑powered agents and workflow automations for repetitive tasks such as access requests, onboarding/off‑boarding and status checks.
• Own the identity and access management lifecycle, including provisioning, de‑provisioning, group management, access policies and SSO configuration.
• Create and continuously improve automated onboarding and off‑boarding workflows.
• Work with infrastructure‑as‑code (Pulumi on GCP) to read, modify and eventually own parts of the production infrastructure.
• Gradually take responsibility for the company’s security stack and related processes.

Required profile

• Graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in AI‑driven automation.
• Excellent communication, open‑mindedness and a willingness to give and receive feedback.
• Self‑starter who can learn existing processes quickly and identify opportunities for automation.

Required skills

• MacOS device provisioning and management.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign‑On (SSO) configuration.
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Pulumi.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.
• Experience with AI workflow automation tools (e.g., Claude Code, internal agents).
