IT Project & Service Delivery Specialists

About the role

Profectus is looking for experienced delivery and service management specialists to support a major Australian Government program. The roles involve leading complex programmes, projects and services, ensuring they stay on track and transition safely into operation while working closely with stakeholders and delivery partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead programmes, projects and service delivery from initiation through to business‑as‑usual.
• Plan, schedule, monitor and report on scope, cost, schedule, risk and dependencies.
• Manage release and deployment activities and transition solutions into operations.
• Oversee service delivery, performance and continual service improvement.
• Provide project support, governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage delivery, operational and dependency risks and resolve issues and escalations.
• Maintain accurate plans, governance artefacts and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven delivery experience across programme, project or service management in large, complex environments.
• Strong governance, risk, dependency and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with both agile and traditional (predictive) delivery approaches.
• Minimum Australian Government experience with strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within integrated, multi‑vendor delivery teams.
