IT Operations Support Lead (Relocation to Singapore)

About the role

Airwallex is looking for an IT Operations Support Lead to own the Singapore site and provide regional support across Southeast Asia. You will ensure reliable technology services for employees and drive escalated support for multiple offices.

Key responsibilities

• Own IT site operations, reliability and employee technology experience for the Singapore office.
• Drive escalated regional support for offices in Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia, partnering with the global IT team.
• Deliver hands‑on technical support for macOS, Windows, hardware, networking and major SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, Jira and Zoom.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding, AV and events support, executive and VIP assistance, vendor management, procurement, inventory and office technology projects.
• Improve IT Operations through documentation, AI‑enhanced workflows and process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication in English, able to support both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience leading IT site operations or acting as primary IT owner for a regional or remote office.
• Proven troubleshooting skills across hardware and software in macOS and Windows environments.
• Ability to operate autonomously with good judgment, attention to detail and flexibility.
• Experience in a high‑growth, multinational technology company and working across cultures.
