IT Onsite Support Engineer – Level 2

About the role

Concept Data, part of the Lyra Technology Group, is seeking an experienced IT Onsite Support Engineer to join its Adelaide team. You will deliver professional technical support to SME clients both onsite and remotely, handling a wide range of hardware, software and networking issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, networking and business applications.
• Respond to critical incidents, perform workstation roll‑outs, hardware replacements and infrastructure maintenance.
• Install, configure and maintain approved devices and software, and manage support tickets from acknowledgement to resolution.
• Liaise with internet, telecommunications and other external providers to resolve client issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years’ experience in an MSP, IT services or technical support environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking and internet connectivity.
• Excellent customer service, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 and Windows desktop environments.
• Service management or ticketing systems with accurate documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Azure and Windows Server (desirable).
• Knowledge of backup, endpoint security, virtualization and network technologies.
