IT Manager

About the role

As an IT Manager at Gameloft, you will support a diverse range of studio teams, ensuring workstations, software and technology tools run reliably. You will lead the IT Support Technicians, plan and maintain the studio’s IT infrastructure, and deliver secure, effective solutions that enable creative work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach the local IT team, set expectations, evaluate performance and support professional growth.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software and network issues across the studio.
• Oversee hardware and software inventories, licensing, asset management and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with global IT, Infrastructure and Information Security teams to improve standardisation, efficiency and security.
• Monitor infrastructure health with tools such as Grafana and manage virtualization platforms.
• Maintain on‑premises core services, network operations and oversee infrastructure projects.
• Participate in after‑hours maintenance, upgrades and incident response as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IT leadership role, managing technical support teams.
• Strong knowledge of Windows server and desktop environments, networking and virtualization.
• Experience with IT operations, asset lifecycle management and software licensing.
• Solid understanding of IT security best practices, monitoring, backup and business continuity.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
