iOS Software Engineer - AI Neobank App

About the role

We are seeking an iOS Software Engineer to help build a next‑generation AI‑powered neobank application. You will create high‑quality native iOS experiences that simplify payments, insurance and other financial services for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship iOS features using Swift, ensuring reliability for real‑world customers.
• Build intuitive mobile workflows across payments, insurance, claims and renewals.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex user needs into seamless mobile interactions.
• Integrate backend REST APIs and maintain security, stability and performance.
• Optimize app performance, including crash rates, load times, memory usage and battery efficiency.
• Analyse user behavior and production data to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop AI‑assisted mobile experiences that add genuine value to the user journey.
• Maintain high engineering standards by writing clean, scalable code and handling edge‑case scenarios.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Proven track record of shipping production mobile applications.
• Strong product mindset with focus on usability, performance and interaction patterns.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience collaborating with international teams.
