Invoicing Officer – Weekly Billing & Payments

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Invoicing Officer to manage weekly invoicing, therapist payment preparation, and billing administration for our Australian operations. The role demands high accuracy, strong Excel abilities, and the capacity to meet strict weekly deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Review therapist spreadsheets and supporting documentation each week.
• Calculate therapist payments and company retention amounts accurately.
• Generate and issue participant invoices using Xero.
• Cross‑check billing information, identify discrepancies, and resolve errors.
• Communicate with therapists about missing data, corrections, and submission issues.
• Upload and maintain bills and invoices within Xero.
• Assist with weekly payment preparation and remittance processing.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking spreadsheets.
• Support reconciliation and reporting processes as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Quick learner of new systems and processes.
