About the role
Join a leading Australian investment bank’s Energy team in Sydney as an Associate. You will work alongside senior bankers to support the full lifecycle of transactions, focusing on financial modelling, valuation, analysis and deal execution.
Key responsibilities
- Support execution of energy sector transactions from origination to closing.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
- Prepare client presentations and analytical materials.
- Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with senior bankers and clients.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of investment banking experience, preferably at a bulge‑bracket or high‑quality boutique.
- Strong technical financial modelling and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Ability to work in a high‑performing, collaborative team environment.
