Investment Associate Director / Director – Family Office

About the role

This senior investment position sits within a highly regarded Sydney‑based family office. Reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer, you will be exposed to the full investment lifecycle across both listed and private markets.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and execute direct investments, co‑investments and fund investments.
• Manage a diversified portfolio, overseeing performance and risk across multiple asset classes.
• Collaborate with the CIO to shape and evolve the family office’s investment platform and strategy.
• Maintain long‑term, patient capital focus while ensuring rigorous investment outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, multi‑asset investing or principal investing.
• Proven track record of owning investment decisions and delivering results.
• Ability to think across asset classes and operate in an unconstrained mandate.
