International Logistics Coordinator

About the role

As an International Logistics Coordinator at Customs Agency Services, you will be at the heart of global freight movement, ensuring shipments are handled smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, acting as the primary liaison between customers, carriers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries and resolving freight‑related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, cargo terminals, and other stakeholders to keep shipments moving.
• Prepare quotations tailored to client needs and ensure accurate billing.
• Lodge cargo reports on time to support compliance and avoid penalties.
• Maintain strict compliance with import, export, domestic, and security regulations.
• Work closely with internal teams to guarantee all documentation and processes are in place for safe and timely cargo movement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of international logistics experience in Australia, preferably with a freight forwarder.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organised, work under pressure, and deliver accurate results.
• Current police check or ability to obtain one.

Required skills

• Experience with Cargo Wise One (preferred).
• Advanced Excel and Office 365 proficiency.
