Internal Communications Manager, APAC

About the role

Aristocrat is building a world‑class Internal Communications function to connect, engage and inspire its global teams. The Internal Communications Manager for APAC will shape how the company communicates across the region, partnering with senior leaders to bring strategy, culture and stories to life.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of the APAC Internal Communications strategy, ensuring clear and engaging messages aligned to company priorities.
• Create content for Ally intranet, Viva Engage, LinkedIn, leadership communications and employee campaigns.
• Manage and improve internal communication channels, driving engagement and reach across APAC.
• Partner with leaders to develop executive messages, presentations, speaking notes and strategic updates.
• Plan and deliver town halls, all‑hands meetings and employee events, providing content development and production support.
• Collaborate with the VP Internal Communications and business leaders on employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain editorial calendars, prioritize messages and use analytics to measure and improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications or Employee Engagement.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling abilities for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting executive communications and translating business strategy into employee content.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across cultures, functions and geographies.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
