Internal Communications Advisor

About the role

The Internal Communications Advisor will join a large organisation’s communications team to develop and deliver strategic employee communication campaigns. This permanent position focuses on enhancing employee engagement, brand perception and corporate reputation across multiple internal channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver strategic employee communication campaigns for key business projects.
• Provide tactical communications support and advice to business units.
• Source, write and edit a variety of corporate content such as news articles, key messages, manager toolkits, briefings, scripts, FAQs and videos.
• Manage internal communication channels including the intranet, leadership communications, town halls, enterprise social media and newsletters.
• Assist with leadership communications and ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in communication, journalism or public relations.
• Proven experience in an internal or corporate communications role.
• Self‑motivated with exceptional writing and communication abilities.
• Professional approach to stakeholder engagement and a track record of implementing communication strategies across multiple internal channels.
