Internal and Corporate Communications Lead

About the role

This role leads internal communications across a rapidly transforming business while also supporting public relations and corporate communications for the commercial side of Domain. You will work with senior leaders and frontline teams to understand what’s happening, why it matters, and how to communicate it effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communications that connect employees to the company’s strategy, priorities, achievements and transformation journey.
• Support leadership communications, including executive messaging, business updates, organisational announcements and key change initiatives.
• Identify and share stories, milestones and successes across the business and with external audiences.
• Monitor industry news, economic developments and policy issues to surface insights, risks and opportunities.
• Provide support for public‑relations activities such as media monitoring, journalist research and briefing preparation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in government or legal affairs, public relations, corporate communications, journalism, content or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop content for multiple channels and audiences and to support internal communications programmes.
• Experience working in fast‑paced environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
