Intern Pharmacist - Community and Compounding Pharmacy

About the role

A 2027 Intern Pharmacist position is available at a progressive community and compounding pharmacy in the Lake Macquarie region of NSW. The intern gains hands-on experience in specialised compounding, medication management and patient care while working alongside experienced pharmacists, with structured training, personalised mentoring and opportunities to build clinical confidence.

Required profile

• Completing a Bachelor or Master of Pharmacy (or equivalent) in 2026 and eligible to start an internship in 2027.
• Locally trained candidates, especially University of Newcastle graduates, are preferred.
• Previous community pharmacy experience is highly regarded.
• Strong communicator with a professional, reliable and team-oriented approach.
