Integration Lead – webMethods

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Integration Lead to design, develop, and maintain complex integration solutions using webMethods and SAP cloud platforms. The role involves leading projects that connect SAP and non‑SAP systems, ensuring reliable data flow across multiple environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement webMethods flows, including migration of interfaces across various file formats.
• Build, secure, and manage REST and SOAP APIs using API Gateway.
• Integrate SAP CPI, SAP BTP, and other ERP solutions with webMethods.
• Handle protocols such as SFTP, HTTPS, SMB and data formats like IDOC, flat files, XML, JSON, SOAP, and EDI.
• Connect messaging systems (JMS, Universal Messaging) and databases via JDBC adapters.
• Configure clustering, load‑balancing, and high‑availability for webMethods runtime components.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support runtime monitoring.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in webMethods development and integration projects.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to tackle technical challenges.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of the logistics domain.
