Integration Engineer (ODCS)

About the role

Amentum is recruiting an Integration Engineer in Canberra, ACT, to provide expert advice and support to all projects across the phases of the ODCS in systems engineering and systems integration with voice and data communications networks. The role also covers the development and maintenance of systems engineering plans and artefacts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and support to all projects for all applicable phases of the ODCS in systems engineering and systems integration with voice and data communications networks
• Develop and maintain Systems Engineering plans such as the Integration Management Plan and Configuration Management Plan, and related artefacts
• Coordinate stakeholder input to and the development and maintenance of technical requirement baselines and engineering change management artefacts in line with CASG E&T requirements of the applicable ODCS phase
• Review CDRLs delivered by Industry Partners and advise on compliance with integration requirements under the CoA obligations of the relevant contracts
• Mentor and coach the ADF and APS workforce
• Develop and maintain Systems Engineering artefacts including Integration Management Plan, Configuration Management Plan, inputs to function and performance specifications, contractual technical baselines (e.g. FBL), engineering notes and ECPs, briefing packs and decision briefs
• Represent CASG in stakeholder working groups and meetings, and at contractual activities such as major system reviews and project test events
• Coordinate with Project Engineering Managers and Project SMEs and maintain regular reporting as defined by the Engineering Management Plan

Required profile

• Minimum NV1 clearance with the ability to obtain NV2 (NV2 clearance preferred)
• Relevant experience undertaking the role's responsibilities
• Minimum 6 years' experience, preferably within Defence
