About the role

The Aussie Store Broker is the trusted mortgage professional in a local retail store, helping customers navigate the entire home‑loan journey from initial search to settlement and beyond.

Key responsibilities

Manage walk‑ins, online leads and in‑store appointments with high‑intent customers.
Guide customers through the home‑loan process, submitting deals to the in‑house processing team.
Contribute to local marketing initiatives and build relationships with buyer’s agents and conveyancers to generate referral income.

Required profile

Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain before start, with support provided).
Background in sales or customer‑service roles and a passion for helping people achieve home‑ownership.
Unrestricted Australian working rights.
