Inside Sales Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to lead and grow a small, dynamic team while staying hands‑on with customers and sales activities. You will coach a graduate and potentially expand the team, focusing on warm leads, pipeline management, and complex opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, support and develop a growing Inside Sales team.
• Qualify approximately five to seven warm leads each week.
• Manage sales pipelines, follow‑ups and opportunities through HubSpot.
• Contact customers following EDM and broader marketing campaigns.
• Maintain consistent outbound activity while handling more complex deals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving products, technology and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Contribute towards team, Australian and New Zealand sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong Inside Sales, lead management and pipeline management experience.
• Previous team leadership experience or the capability to step into leadership.
• Hands‑on HubSpot experience.
• Experience within software, SaaS or subscription‑based businesses is highly regarded.
• Comfortable balancing coaching responsibilities with personal sales targets.
• High energy, disciplined and consistent in completing outbound activity.
• Strong customer service focus with a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities and product roadmaps can change.

What we offer

• Salary $100,000‑$120,000 plus super and commissions, depending on experience.
• Quarterly commissions of approximately $2,000.
• Clear progression into Business Development Management, Product Management or further leadership roles.

• Seven Hills office location.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
• Five days per week onsite.
