Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

Infoxchange is seeking a full‑time Information Technology Support Specialist to provide frontline IT assistance across a range of community and government customers. You will ensure systems remain operational, resolve incidents quickly, and help improve digital capability for organisations tackling social challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and, where expertise allows, Level 2 support for diverse ICT environments.
• Troubleshoot and maintain infrastructure, networks, and end‑user devices in both cloud and on‑premise settings.
• Respond to incidents and service requests within agreed SLA targets.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to network security initiatives.
• Assist with security incident triage and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure reliable IT services.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, multi‑client environment.
• Commitment to the mission of technology for social justice.
