Information Technology Recruitment Manager

About the role

JBIT is seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Manager to combine hands‑on recruiting with leading a growing team. You will continue to bill as an IT recruiter while coaching, mentoring and expanding a high‑performing group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of recruiters, setting clear goals and supporting performance.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new team members as the business expands.
• Manage your own permanent and contract IT placements.
• Conduct detailed client briefings and maintain high delivery quality.
• Source, screen and engage top IT talent through networks and proactive methods.
• Monitor team performance, pipeline, KPIs and report to leadership.
• Provide market insight on skills, salaries and trends.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy, processes and culture.

Required profile

• 10+ years of agency recruitment experience, focused on IT.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor or manage recruiters, or readiness to step into leadership.
• Strong billing track record in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Detail‑oriented with consistent accuracy.
• Professionalism that builds trust with clients, candidates and team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with influencing ability.
• Solid understanding of the technology landscape and related roles.
