Information Security Analyst – IT Security Team

About the role

We are looking for an Information Security Analyst to join our IT Security team at the NSW office. You will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of FUJIFILM information systems, advising the business and IT divisions, and supporting compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the FUJIFILM Information Security Management System (ISMS) across Australia.
• Implement, develop and maintain security controls aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, Australian Government ISM Controls and SOC 2.
• Identify, assess, remediate and administer information security risks in line with the company’s Risk Management Policy.
• Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits, including ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, ISM and client audits.
• Develop, maintain and publish security policies, standards, procedures and documentation such as System Security Plans (SSPs) and Security Risk Management Plans (SRMPs).
• Test security controls to validate design effectiveness and operational performance.
• Perform third‑party risk management activities, including vendor security assessments and contract reviews.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in information security and risk management.
• Ability to work with audit processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and remediate security risks.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS.
• Familiarity with Australian Government ISM Controls.
• Understanding of SOC 2 requirements.
• Experience with risk assessment and remediation.
• Experience preparing security documentation (SSPs, SRMPs).
• Experience conducting third‑party security assessments.
