Information Management Services Coordinator

About the role

Woodside is looking for an experienced Information Management Services Coordinator to join its Digital team in Perth. Reporting to the Content Services Service Line Owner, you will act as the trusted SME for information management, supporting governance initiatives and driving capability uplift across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of information management services, uplift projects and service enhancements aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with Digital Business Partners, business stakeholders and technology vendors to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Monitor, track and manage delivery activities, risks, issues and escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement of information management processes, search capabilities, AI‑enabled tools and user experience.
• Support change management, training, communications and adoption activities.
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for better governance outcomes.
• Assist with supplier and vendor engagement, including contract‑related activities.
• Ensure compliance with information governance standards, policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proactive, delivery‑focused professional with strong understanding of information governance, knowledge management and service delivery.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Experience coordinating information management uplift programmes or transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
