Industrial Projects - Project Manager

About the role

Join us as an Industrial Projects Project Manager and lead the successful delivery of complex logistics projects for customers across the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
• Coordinate customers, contractors, operational teams and specialist service providers.
• Maintain control of project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and performance.
• Resolve operational challenges and implement effective corrective actions.
• Strengthen customer relationships through clear communication and dependable execution.
• Contribute to tenders, logistics solutions and continuous improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• More than five years’ experience in freight forwarding, project logistics or complex project delivery.
• Exposure to Oil & Gas/LNG, Mining, Energy, EPC/EPCM, Offshore Services or marine and port operations.
• Experience managing subcontractors, transport providers, and site‑based contractors.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, present confidently and manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of heavy‑lift operations.
• Experience with breakbulk cargo handling.
• Understanding of project cargo logistics.
