Industrial Painters / Blasters / Concrete Remediators

About the role

Alfabs Engineering is expanding its Site Services crew across NSW and seeks experienced industrial painters, blasters and concrete remediators to work on major infrastructure, mining, construction and energy projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform industrial blasting, surface preparation and protective coating works across various NSW project sites.
• Apply abrasive blasting, airless and conventional spray coating systems, and concrete remediation techniques.
• Work on shutdowns, maintenance and project‑based tasks, collaborating with supervisors and crew to ensure safety and quality.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of industrial painting and blasting experience.
• Trade certificate or relevant qualification, current driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Commitment to safety, ability to work overtime and pass pre‑employment medical testing.

Required skills

• Abrasive blasting and mechanical surface preparation.
• Airless and conventional spray application of protective coating systems.
• Concrete remediation techniques.
