Industrial Electrical Engineer – £43k‑£45k + Overtime

About the role
This permanent, full‑time position is based in Perth, Scotland and offers a salary of £43,000‑£45,000 plus overtime (OTE up to £52k). You will join a well‑established, 40‑year‑old industrial company, supporting the maintenance of a wide range of production equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect, service and repair production equipment.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance.
- Respond efficiently to equipment breakdowns.
- Work Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑4:30 pm with optional overtime and occasional weekend shifts (1 in 3 weekends).
Required profile
- Qualified Electrical Engineer with an industrial background.
- Motivation to progress to a team‑leader role within a year.
- Willingness to undertake training and continuous development.
Required skills
- Electrical engineering (industrial focus).
- Industrial equipment maintenance.
- Preventative maintenance procedures.
- Breakdown troubleshooting.
