Independent Wealth Management Advisor

About the role

Gan Patrimoine, a subsidiary of Groupama, is looking for an Independent Wealth Management Advisor to join its network of 380 advisors. You will help private individuals, professionals and business owners design and implement personalised financial, insurance and real‑estate solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive advice on life insurance, retirement, savings, investment and real‑estate products.
• Develop and manage a client portfolio, identifying needs at each life stage.
• Act as an entrepreneur, building your own activity while benefiting from Gan Patrimoine’s brand and support.
• Use the provided CRM and digital tools to track prospects, proposals and follow‑ups.
• Participate in a 5‑week intensive training program and ongoing field coaching.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to work independently.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
