Inbound Sales Consultant - Glazing Division

About the role

O'Brien, part of Belron, is looking for an Inbound Sales Consultant for its glazing division, based at the Tullamarine branch. As the first point of contact for customers needing residential glass repair and replacement, you will guide them through enquiries about windows, doors, shower screens, splashbacks, mirrors, pet doors and tinting, using the O'Brien Sales DNA approach to understand their needs and book appointments with glaziers. This is a national inbound sales role supporting customers across Australia, with some after-hours planning, dispatching and glazier coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and empathetically
• Arrange appointments and support customers through the booking process
• Listen actively, understand customer needs and provide accurate quotations
• Resolve concerns, discuss questions and escalate when required
• Record customer details accurately and code all calls in the systems
• Build product knowledge of glazing products
• Support after-hours planning, dispatching and glazier coordination where required

Required profile

• Strong work ethic, reliability and the ability to work independently and in a team
• Previous customer service experience (phone or face-to-face)
• Confident communicator with strong listening and rapport-building skills
• Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Flexibility to work some Saturdays when required
